Privacy

PlumbMath is a set of static pages. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing you type is sent to us.

What the site does not do

• No accounts. There is no login, no registration and no user profile.
• No analytics and no advertising. No visitor counter, no tracking script, no ad network.
• No cookies set by the site. The pages do not read or write cookies, local storage or any other browser storage.
• No form sends data. Everything you enter in a calculator is processed by the page in your browser and stays there. The pages carry a content security policy that forbids the page to connect to any server, so a calculation cannot reach one even by mistake.
• No embedded content from other sites: no fonts, images, scripts or frames are loaded from anywhere but plumbmath.com.

Share links

Some calculators offer a link that reproduces the layout you entered. The entered values are encoded in the part of the address after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part to a server, so a share link is read only by the browser that opens it. Anyone you give the link to can see the values in it.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare may keep server logs of the requests it serves (for example the address a request came from, the page requested and the time) under its own privacy policy. PlumbMath has no analytics of its own and does not combine any such log with other data.

Links to other sites

Pages link to the published codes, standards, catalogs and state sources they are built on. Those sites have their own privacy practices. The pages send no referrer when you follow a link.
